The Plant System (PS) package includes the following capabilities:

The PLANT TICKET SYSTEM is designed for those construction companies who operate their own quarries, asphalt plants or ready- mix plants. The system was designed to interface with the DOMINION COMPUTER SERVICES' SCALE TICKET SYSTEM, SELTEC, WISCONSIN GENERAL, etc., but can be modified to accept input from other automatic scale systems. The system can also work on a stand alone basis in which the tickets from the scale house can be entered manually.

Allows entry of - accounts receivable tickets, - internal transfers of material to jobs, - cash transactions - ability to set up external or internal price files for individual types of stone or asphalt
Prints: - accounts receivable invoices - inter company report - cash sales report - plant reports
Automatic update of: - accounts receivable files - job cost - plant cost - general ledger accounts.
When used in conjunction with the PLANT INVENTORY SYSTEM the system will also provide the following:
- allow set up and maintenance of formulas for each asphalt mix
- will allow monthly allocation of plant costs to the jobs based on the asphalt mix used and the formula explosions.
- provides a plant inventory report showing quantities of material onhand at each plant
